Common questions
Where do I find concert performances?
Open Watch in the app. On a performance page, you can find the video, setlist, and artist information. Some pages also include an Open in YouTube link.
A video or photo is not loading. What should I try?
Check your internet connection, then reopen the performance or gallery. If the performance offers an Open in YouTube link, try that link. Note any error message if the problem continues.
Where can I learn about the music programs?
Look for the Rock School, Guitar, and Recording Arts program pages in the app. Each page introduces the program and the learning areas students explore.
How do I take a closer look at a concert photo?
Open Gallery, choose a concert collection, then select a photo to open the individual photo view.
What information helps explain a problem?
Include the app and iOS versions, your iPhone model, the screen you were using, and the steps that led to the problem. A screenshot can help show what happened.
